Getting ahead in life starts with addressing the own person. Getting ahead in a company or organization is a subset of the abilities to master life. The beauty of Systematic Innovation is its adaptibility to both environments. Its superb strength in problem analysis and solving is matched by better communication and thinking processes. You woudn't want to miss abilities you can use anywhere!

Self-control of attitude requires first of all the know-how about learning. In a multi-cultural business world - and society, traditional learning methods tend to create application problems. Asian models, with strong mentors and absolute followers tend to focus on the Unité des Méthodes almost exclusively. The typical result is the ability to copy with high efficiency. The Euro-American model tends to focus on trial and error experience, the self - organizing capabilitites of the brain. The result is high creativity, including a high error and correction content. If we combine the two ways of formatting our brains, we gain - what Fritz Zwicky described as - an integral personality. An integral personality can change between foreign guidance and self guidance with ease. It is an open mind personality.
Extreme competition within groups and teams tends to destruct the purpose of the team. As team members fight for recognition, the task at hand tends to get little attention. This destructive athmosphere will automatically generate a large number of thinking, and consequently decision errors. To guard themselves, "team" members employ scape goat strategies. The result of the teams "work" will be a disaster, and the consequences most likely catastrophic if the decisions are actually being followed.
Systematic Innovation takes great care of building an intact team. If management supports this team, management is building trust into the team. Trust is one form of energy driving the team forward. A manager who actually participates in such a team will be given a very specific role. This role takes care of his limited time to work within the team, and of his responsibility regarding the team's results.

Systematic Innovation is the first level of a much larger system called Creative Morphological Approach (CMA). Other focus areas of CMA are Prospective Thinking, Risk Analysis, and many more. Before these areas can be focused on, a person must understand the basics of Systematic Innovation, which covers the basics of all five areas tabled above.
Accelerates research and development |
Faster than Quick Fix, the intuitive multiple patching |
High Safety by eliminating wrong decisions |
The ability to analyse is connected with the ability to see: To see what lies before the eye, to see what happended, and to see what should / could happen. Conventional ways tend to fail time and again in these areas.
How did it happen | What do we have here | What will happen |
Conventional ways like value analysis and feasibility studies tend to block the way to better solutions, or lead into costly investments that have to be scrapped. Systematic Innovation breaks down these blocks. The result is higher speed of research and development, and higher speed of implementation, and lower risk.
To get an idea about breakthrough power, please look at the Real World Examples which you can also find via the Systematic Innovation Contents Page.
The Breakthrough Solutions are a result of the methods employed, and how they interrelate. Here are some examples of the power of the Creative Morphological Approach:
